Being Safe or...Being Silly?

A doctor on flight comments on being denied the ability to assist a passenger while on board a flight. I understand the doctors' point of view, 100 percent. He went to medical school, and as such, knows scads and scads more things that the average Joe or Jane Public will. I do not know why a flight attendant would have denied the use of oxygen on the plane, unless there were some liability issues. I know that when I have been on a plane and there was a need for a doctor, luckily, one was present, and the doctor was allowed to do her thing. There was no denial of service to him, or to the lucky passenger who was able to receive care. How about you? Do you think that the Flight Attendant acted correctly in this situation?
Sound off and let me know !
