American Airlines AGAIN considering selling off American Eagle

This is a week old, but I did want to share it. American Airlines is once again considering the possibility of selling off American Eagle. 

The last time that AA thought of this was in 2007. Although it was 3 years ago, I think that AA is doing everything that they can to raise their profitability. I debate whether divesting itself of American Eagle is a prudent choice, but I am not in the know like the executives at AA are.
